Weissman also spent a few years serving as the chief criminal head for the US Department of Justice. In 2017, he began working as an appointed manager for the 2017 special contest which Robert Mueller currently heads. Andrew first began his career by working as an Assistant Attorney for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York back in 1991. He maintained his job from 1991 to 2002. From there, Weissman began working as the deputy director for George Washington Bush as the director of the task force.
